Junior: Elite Program Ages 12-17yrs old

High-intensity training for competitive athletes looking to refine their technique & elevate their game. 

We Focus On:

  • Position-specific skill work
  • Blocking & defensive transitions
  • Serve-receive 
  • Athletes are challenged to compete, communicate, and lead on the court
  • Local monthly Scrimmages & Quarterly Tournaments
